Debating Mussolini’s Italy

Professor Paul Corner and Professor Christopher Duggan

Followed by a reception to celebrate the BSR’s achievements in 2012–13 and ambitions for 2013–14

Professor Paul Corner and Professor Christopher Duggan have recently produced two of the most significant contributions to the fascinating debates on fascist Italy. Join two of the most eminent experts in this field as they discuss their findings, based largely on rarely examined and unpublished archival material. Considering the experience of ordinary people and how they related to the regime, they will also touch on Mussolini’s legacy in contemporary Italy.
