Rodd collection (1910-1920): Rodd, captain of the British Army, who took photographs during his military service. John Bryan Ward -Perkins collection (c.1940-c.1970): archaeological views of ancient and modern sites of the Roman world (North Africa, Europe, Italy), including photographs of the Inscriptions of Roman Triploitania glued onto cards (negatives were sent to the Libyan Society in London and should now be held by Newcastle University).
