Lost and Found: Places, Objects and People
Friday 27 October, 14.30–19.15
Across the Mediterranean, places, objects and people have been subject to processes of loss, destruction and recovery. Our environments and our lives are both terrifyingly fragile and wondrously resilient. This workshop explores the work of a variety of agencies who have contributed both to the understanding of the processes and to aiding the work of recuperation of places, objects and lives.
Sponsored by the British School at Rome, the British Council in Rome, and the British Embassy in Rome.
Part of Being Human: The UK’s only (inter)national festival of the humanities.
